これと同じようなことを感じたのは、北海道！ なか卯で牛丼食べたときの米が。。。。
これに近い。一口米を含んだとき、舌触りに違和感を感じる。
世の中にはこのようなコメもあるんです。
会津に住んでいるとこのような経験は、ほとんどない。会津は山の中ですが、こと食べ物に関しては、独特な文化があり、これに接するとなかなか忘れられないと思います。
会津は、食べ物の資源（観光面での）
歴史的な資源も多くあり、多くのテレビ番組でもとりあげられていますが、いまいち一流の観光地になり切れていないと感じる。
京都、金沢で感じたことは、すんでいる住民の意識が高い、だから、市内の小さな川側溝の中にごみがほとんどない。
住んでいる人の意識がたかいから、それは、住民が率先して清掃を行っている。常に観光客目線でも物事考え行動している。
会津は、この目線が足りない。
俺が俺が。。。。やったんだとすぐ言いたがる。
そんなの行政の仕事だ！
すぐに放り投げる。
これでは、絶対一流にはなれないね！
本当に観光客をひっぱりたいのなら、会津鉄道に SLを走らせたら浅草発で（操車場が問題かな！若松にしかない、前は田島にもあったけど）
