麺屋　大一に行ってきました。
ここは、前は何だったか、、、、思い出せませんが、結構気に入っていたのですが、閉店で。。。。
そして、大一として開店したようです。

こだわりのある店のようで、会津地鶏、山塩・・・特徴があると思います。
今回は、会津地鶏醤油ラーメンを最初なんんでオーダーです。

透明なスープなかなかなものですね！
さて味は、・・・・
少し驚き　ここ前の湯川のおおつかで感じた酸味を感じるスープ！大塚よりは気持ち控えめのように関しました。
なかなかこのみの味です。醤油もたってなくスープの味が際立ってますね！

ネギもこのくらいがいい！メンマは、ふと目で歯ごたえがあり、好感が持てます。

チャーシューよく煮込んでいます、匂いもなく少しなんだろう！？香辛料の香り（山椒かな！？）を感じました。

次は、山塩系を堪能したいと思います。
星は、☆☆☆☆くらいの実力です。

ここ本町にもラーメン屋が数件あります。有名なのが、三角屋本当に三角の土地にあります。聞くところの.によるとここが会津のラーメンの発祥とか聞いたことがありますが、
10年は過ぎていますか、一度食べたことがありました。　・・・・・・う・・ん！なんかが足りないかも。。などの記憶しかありません。
その後、閉店し、そして最近また。。。。と聞いていますが、なかなか足が向きません。
そして、肉屋がやっているラーメン屋　皆川肉屋の路地を入っていくとのれんが下りているときは、やってます、店は不定期と思います。

最後に　ふじ乃　ここは、美味いという人・・・・・という人が2分します、白河系のラーメンと聞いてます。

色が濃いめの一見白河風
味は、何やら、香りが。。。。。。。
最初は、獣系かと思いましたが、鳥のあぶったものとも聞いたことがあります。
どちらにしても
鳥・豚ミックス系と思いますが、とりリッチでしょうか？
麺は手打ちとであり、味もなかなかのもの、手打ち。。。そうあのもうない花源もそうでした。

スープは、だしは控えめでり、比較的醤油が立っているように思えます。
がしょっぱいとはいえません。
飲み干せる程度です。
さて、具　シャーシューバラ系ですが、少し固め、であるが匂いはなし、これが、きたかた、はせがわのトロトロなら。。。。最高なんだが。。。。。

自分もビッグローブのMVNOのSIMユーザー　2年ものですが、、、、、
これと腐れ縁のドコモ、、、、、せっかく維持してきた、Imodeメール殺したくない、、、変な思いがありでも2台は。。。。。でモンモンとしてきましたが、、

この動きは、Dual　SIMスマホですが、約一年くらい前からちらほら情報がありましたが、Dual　SIMでは、日本では切り替え式で同時での使用はでいない、海外ではそれは普通のこと！

これの移行で最も厄介なのがImodeメールなのです。
ドコモは、ImodeメールSPmodeメールのクライド版のドコモメールを提供始めましたが、、それが、これはAndroid４以上、最初のドコモIDの有効には、FOMA　３Gのドコモスマホがいる。
白ロムスマホにドコモの通話SIMを刺しても、使えない。　。。。。。。。。。

　この３Gがいる　４Gでも、、、どのような意味が隠れているのか！気になりますが、たぶんセキュリティーとデータの信頼性の問題。４Gでは、モバイルネットワークとしては、データの信頼性と引き換えに高速性を狙ったもの　だからドコモメールが、セキュリティーで、要　３Gと思われる。

さてさて、そういえば！息子が、ドコモから楽天モバイル切り替えたので息子の携帯を借りて、その設定（ドコモIDの有効）をしてしまおう。
で、やってみました、この期間でどのくらいパッケットが発生するか、極力３Gの使用は避けたいから

• SPモード契約　Netで可能です、このときSPmodeのメアドが設定される。（これが肝です。）　このとき、Imode・SPmode同時契約になるのでISPセット割で請求金額は300円/月のまま！
• 「docomo ID利用設定」を有効にする　（このとき３Gスマホ必要、ドコモメールアプリのメール設定から）IDの有効を　多分パッケットは上限に。。なるかな！？今月はあきらめる。
• ドコモメールブラウザ版を立ち上げる、ここではドコモIDで入れる。
• この段階では、ドコモメールの自アドは、SPmodeのアドとなる、ここでこのアドと適当なアド自分はGmailでメールのやり取りを確認する。
• その後、ドコモIDで入っているので、メール設定でImode　SPmodeのメアドを交換する。これでドコモメールの自アドはImodeメールのアドになることになり、SPは、封印のアドにしてしまう。そうしないと、ガラケーのImodeメールの受信でパケット消費する。

これでImodeメールが晴れてスマホ・ブラウザで使える。

この環境で

Dual　同時待ち受けスマホを買えば、幸せな日々が送れることになる。

ZenFone3　の発売を楽しみながら待つことになる。
