豚珍館 ラーメン tonchin-kan ramen

本来は、かぐやのラーメンを・・・と思いながら出かけましたが・・・・あいにく休み
という事で　豚珍館で

白こってりラーメンをオーダー
白・・？？？？何と思いましたが、塩です。
塩に背油がこってりと！

さてスープを少し塩が立ってますかね！
ラーメンのスープを味わうには、塩といいますが、これが豚珍館の実力なのかもしれませんね。
味噌・醤油は、その風味でスープの味をごまかせますね！

でもマヅイわけではありません！実力はありますが、いまひとつ・・・何かが足りない。
塩を変えるのがいいか、円やかになるぞ材を何か加えると塩の味がよくなると思います。
