でも、いくら高級なセッッケイツールを使っても、、、、人の気持ち。。。。（使い勝手、、、かな！？）これは、設計できない！
これが設計できれば。。。。仮想現実これが、リアルと一致しらら可能かと！

これが、出来ない現実では、設計後の試行錯誤（限定的ですが）不可欠と思います。
人は物を創造しようとするとき、まず最初は、己なのです！他人ではない！ここに思い込みが発生する。この思い込み、これが、設計では。。。。。。。。。だったのですが、、、
これが世の習い。

自分も後多分にもれず試行錯誤
その結果がこれ
最終的にこれが。。。。
１５ｍｍは、温風を流すには狭すぎる→すのこで嵩上げ５０ｍｍくらいでもOK
温風による外気の巻き込み→温風のみを導く
樹脂の温風入り口→ベニアで確保

これでヌックイ温風座布団　＆　コタツが出来上がった。
理想系の。。。。行方は。。。。大変かも！？

これから寒い時期コタツが離せなくなりますが・・
コタツは、最近は多くは電気の赤外線ヒーターが多くそのワット数も５００W－７００Wと結構電気食いです。
そのため、雪国では

このような省エネダクトを使ってコタツの暖房と部屋の暖房をかねているところも多い。
しかし、このダクトすごく邪魔になる引っかかるし、踏んでつぶしてしまいがちです。

ここで何かいいアイデアはないかと考え！
実験してみた。

これですがわかりますか？プラ段のを２枚使ってその間に温風ヒーターの温風を導き、コタツに引き込みます。






解説
長座布団を外すと・・・・
間を丸めた紙を沖温風の道を作る。これで温風がコタツに導かれます。

 

これを本格的に作るとこうなります。
３ｍｍのベニアを１５ｍｍ空けて固定する強度の為、適当な場所にリブを設置

リブをつけたのでこの上に座れます。

HIPよりじわりじわり暖かさが・・・・・なかなか快適です。

 

ここでの改良点考えると温風の導入口の形状

これは一考の価値ありと思います。

さらに今回１５ｍｍとしましたが２０ｍｍ以上のほうがベターかと感じます。

最終的にホームセンターの桐の押入れすのこを下に引きました。

温風の導入口の形状の改良

発展すれば、温風床暖房システムが出来るかも！

その概要は

温風回路の標準モジュール化

４５０ｍｍのタイル形状とする、そこに、温風導入モジュール、排気モジュール、平行チャンネルモジュール、Rコーナーモジュール、T分岐モジュール

これらで、温風を部屋の隅々まで廻すと良いかもしれません。

排気モジュールとは、温風の出口ですが、回路が長くなるので、温風ファンのみでは、温風を長い回路の域渡せることが出来ない、このために温風の出口に回路を若干減圧の意味合いで排気ファンを設けると温風が長い回路に行き渡せることが可能と考えた。

まぁ！見てのとおりの結果でした。

これを考察してみる事に、会津と魚沼産のコシを比較したデータを見つけました。美里の米屋さんのようですが。。。。。
魚沼産の会津の米を比べると柔らかさが違うようです。
柔らかさ。。。。この評価に関してこれは非常に好みが分かれるところです。
自分は、もちもちした歯ごたえのある食感が好みです。
年を採るとやわらかいものを好む傾向がありますが、
この評価は、多分このような人たちが評価した結果なのかと！
多分に美食を極めるという人たちは、多くは年配の方々。。。。。
CPは、概略価格をトータルポイントで割ってます、低いほうがコスパがいい事になります。
このようなランキングは、感応検査に近く、人それぞれに違うのでこれに左右されてるのは、馬鹿らしい。味覚・触感を数値化することが出来ない限り客観的に見ることが出来ない。
自分は、今まで多くの湯川産のコシをたべて、これがうまいと思うこと！それでいいのかと思います。
しかし、魚沼産の・・・・・・・この価格には、納得がいかない。
魚沼もいろいろですが、農家直でないと本当の魚沼ではないのかもしれませんが、感覚として数割程度の良さでしょうかね！
自分としては、今後は、魚沼産を自分では絶対に買わない。はるかに自分にあっている湯川の直農家！これにつきますね！
また、炊飯器による差もあるでしょうかね！多分高級な魚沼コシを炊くには、高級炊飯器でないといけないのか！
それにつけても、普通の炊飯器で炊ける湯川！こんな万能な米は他にあるのかな！？


本来の評価は、年代のサンプリング、性別のサンプリング、地域性、人種、時代背景、食生活・・・・等々多くのサンプリングあを考慮して行わないと公平な評価にならなと思います。
世の中には多くの情報があふれております、その結果のみが一人歩きしてしまうから。。。。
上の写真は、富山のコシ・魚沼のコシ・湯川のコシを並べて撮ってみましたが、変わらないように感じます。

これは、湯川の仲の目地区のものです、うちは農家から直接購入しております。

農家より直接購入がベスト！うちは３０ｋｇ　８０００円で購入してます。
だいたい会津の相場ですかね！

あまり車のヒーターコアの写真は無いかと思い！

 コラムに突き刺さっているだけです。
ここにエンジンからの冷却水が、エンジン側と室内の分岐され、それがこのコアに流れ込み室内を暖房します。
このコアに上下にフラッップがありこれで気流のコントロールをして冷暖房します。

クローズアップ見てわかるように変色している部分が・・・・・あれです。

決定です。　ついでにエボバも交換します。

張替え前はこんな感じです。かなりばらしてます。比較的スムーズに出来たのは、トレノの解体でねじの位置はわかっていたから、

でも、解体と修理は違いことも身にしみました。

修理は元に戻す事が前提ですから

その後、コアの張替えを行った時点でエンジンをかけてヒーターをかけてもれのないことを確認し

エアコンエボバを取り付け、今回の作業は、終了

２日間の作業でした。

 熱交換器水漏れ、漏れは銅管の接続部分でしたので、ロウ付けを最初バーナーのみでやりましたが、ロウが解けない・・・気持ち　銀ロウにしておけば。。。。銅ロウは、銀より１００度ほど高いから。。。。でも熱量が足りない為にそれを炭でカバーして何とか
水密程度の補修です。

補修耐火物左が耐火モルタル。。。手あれがひどくなりましたアルカリが強いですから

 

熱交換器組み付け循環水の漏れを確認！目で見る範囲はOK

カバーセンサーを取りつけまして動作
電源オンのすぐ後に
エラー　０６　これは点火･灯油系のエラー
通常このエラーは、ボイラーの起動プロセス　インターロック→機器チェック→灯油供給→気化器ヒーターON→その後イグナイター点火
今までこの後に。。。。。
