奥会津ごっつおまつり～金山町に出かけて、感じたこと

ふと思って先月　奥会津ごっつおまつり～金山町
に出かけてきた。小雨でこんな時は、人出が少ないだろう！
でも。。。。結構いました。

模擬店をまわって。。。。結構高めの設定である。会津地鳥の櫛が3櫛で1000円高めですね！
キノコ汁　お椀で３００円これも高め！だけど寒いので食べましたが
この時感じたこと
芋汁　トン汁系は、味付けは醤油がBestなんだと！

味噌も少し入れることがありますが、味噌の風味で野菜の甘み・うまみが消えてしまう。このとき大事なのが醤油多分選ぶべきものと思います。

かえって早速同じものを、内容は、里芋（頭を）・大根・ニンジン・ゴボウ・こんにゃく・なめこ・豚肉・最後にネギ
作り方は、
里芋は下茹でを行う（これしないと　ドロドロになるから
お湯を鍋に張り
具材を適当に入れる
あくをまめにとる
だし・ほんだしでいい
酒・みりん　気持ちで
味付けは、いつもの丸十のみ（何においてもこれはうちには欠かせません）
最後にネギを
これだけでなのですが、野菜の甘みがと丸十（甘みもあり）で、露店の大鍋の味になります。

・・・・・自分でもいまさらと思いながら。。。納得。

この背景は、大一の味噌ラーメンなのですね！

また、マトンケパブを食べてみて、懐かしい味に巡り合った感じがしました。マトンを独特のにんにくのたれで味付けしただけ
　　会津それも西部といわれる地区は、キノコが採れるこの時期、キノコ山という会を開くことがあります、ここでは、羊を1頭さばいてそれを焼肉（ジンギスカンと同じですが）たれが、にんにくベースのこれがまた、マトンに合うのですね！　昔は、やなどり地区の肉屋から味付けを買って、よく食べました。部屋で焼くと、1週間は匂いが抜けない。
・・・・今度たれ作ろう。。。と感じた。

せっかく金山に出かけたので、足を伸ばし、仕事で金山に出かけたとき気になっていたポイントに行ってきました。

炭酸場

炭酸水の湧水です。実際飲めます、飲んでみると炭酸のピリピリが感じられます。

前のごっつおまつりでもここの湧水売っておりました。
２L300円。。。。横目で見ただけ

１－２ｍ程度のところで湧いてます。
これは、聞くところによると梅雨の時期はあふれるように湧くようですが、これで炭酸。。。？？？というような感じだそうです。

ちょっとこれで飲める？？とも思いましたが、飲んでみました。
少し炭酸が弱い感じです。

YAMAHA NS-690 さらなるレストアを YAMAHA NS-690 a further restoration

前の投稿では、NS-L225のツイーターをフィッチングしましたが、見た目をさらに近づけさらに、このレストアの根拠というか、強引な理由付けです。
まづは出来上がりですが（左）
*取得価格　NS-690　2000円　NS-L225　2000円　トータル4000円　いい買い物です。

右がオリジナル！これと比べてみてください。

見た目、ほぼ同じです。オリジナルから、ディフーザーを取り外す。シンナーをこの部分に流して少し放置すると簡単に外せます。
それを、L225のツイーターのメッシュを外し、ディフーザーをつけるとこうなります。

L225のツイーターを分解

L225　JA-0517　６９０　JA-0509の品番です。JA-0518は有名なNS-10Mのツイーターです、これは、海磁型そして、振動版は、L225そのものです。
自分でも、この　JA-0517　すごいものを見つけたように感じます。　それもそれを６９０に。。。。

裏から見ると左がL225　右が６９０です。一発で違いが判りますね！L225の磁気回路は、閉磁タイプ、６９０は、開磁タイプということになります。
さらに、L225は、ウーハーは、アルニコマグネット、構造と能率を考えると閉磁でフェライトマグネットとは考えにくい、つまり、ウーハーと同じアルニコと思われる高価なマグネットなので子の閉磁回路が最適である。
この違いは、♂♀の関係・・・・・・いやい違う。。閉磁は磁気回路がコンパクトにできること、音色も男型に比べ、しっとりした、色気のある女型と思う・・・・思い込みです。

ディフーザーを盛替えたクローズアップ、センター部分の色が違いますが、非常に近くなりました。










なぜ、L225のツイーターを使ったか！

　　L225　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　６９０
L225は、２Wayのシステムであるの６９０と違って、ツーイーターより広帯域をカバーしなくてはいけない、そのためL225は、ドームとハーフコーンのコンビネーションタイプとなり、外の部分が、より低い帯域をカバーする、すかし、６９０には、必要がない。
つまり、ここをディフーザーでカバーしてしまえば、低い帯域の音は、遮音される。さらに、３Wayのネットーワークでもこの帯域はカットされる。
これが、このフィッティングの根拠です。

このフィッティングを終えて
ふと、わが６９０を眺めて、ツイーターにメッシュがないのに違和感を感じた。

わが、オリジナルに近い

片方にメッシュ入れてみた。
なんか顔が締まって見えるのは、。。。。

で、両方メッシュを付けた。
これがいい。

このへんは、自己満足の境地です。。

YAMAHA NS－６９０のレストア詳細 YAMAHA NS-690 of the restoration details

NS-690を購入して、その問題は、
ウーハーの固着
ツイーター音でない
でした。
原因は、ウーハー　　マグネットの脱落がほとんど
ツイーター　断線
これで、ウーハーは分解掃除で解決できつと確信した。しかしツイーターは、エッジワイヅ巻なので修理は難しい。。。。。。
ツイーターは修理を前提に考えておりましたが、。。。。ふと考えて代替の物がと考えを書いてみました。そうしたとこと、お膝元のHOに
NS-L225があったことを思いだしました。
L225のツイーター円形であり、NS－６９０とは。。。。違うか。。。。いや！まてよ！外形のスケールで測ってみると、周囲を四角に切り取れば、６９０にフィットできることが解った。
更にその特性を考えて、使えると結論しました。（能率・素材とう）

さてウーハーの修理は

 これは、LS-800でやった方法
冶具を接着して心出しを行う。
しかし、６９０は、マグネットが大きく磁力が強すぎ、樹脂の柄の部分が、曲がってしまって心出しが不可能

 更に接着面の傾きを極力推定に
でも限界です＋－１００ミクロンが限界、見ての通りの表面ですから致し方ない。

 新たな冶具を、マグネットのヨークには、M6のタップを立てって置いたのでそれを利用して
冶具が磁力で振れないようにしました。

 それをコレットチャックに固定して心出しです。

こんな感じです、感覚的には、LS-800の磁気ギャップ2/3という感じです。
すごく微妙な世界です。
心出しを行い、接着ですが、９０分硬化タイプのエポキシで接着
8時間程度では、まだ磁力に負けてしまうので
最低24時間を放置しないと、磁力でマグネットが動き
また、コイルの固着になってしまいます。
ここでは、はやる気持ちを抑える。。。。これが肝心です。
基本、これだけ磁力が強いと、XYステージとスピンドルがあっても、ねじのバックラッシュで調整が困難。慎重におこわないとすべてが水の泡になってしまいます。

今までレストアを考えていた、NS]-690これは、ヤマハのNS-1000の双璧を冠するモデルです。以前、NS-590をレストアして、オクで引き取っていただきました、メインにすげるとのことでした。
でも。。。。。多くのネットでは、６９０の話題が。。。。。。。
一度は聞いてきたい！
ヤマハの白木の一品を。。。。出会いはでした。
問題はツイーター。。。。。どうするか？考えあぐんでいました。もう2年にもなります！
仕事も変わり会津に住んでいる現在、何か行動を起こさないと。。。。
思いだけです。
ふと、お膝物とHOをフラット眺めたら、YAMAHA　NS-L２５５が目に留まりました。ヤマハ。。。。ツイーターもしかすると、使えるかも？　２０００円でした
それから、半年悩みに悩んで２K縁でL225を買ってみました。
ツイーター生きている！
 こちらが　L255　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　６９０

この違いは、外形的フレームの他は、網の有無・ディフーザーの有無・振動版の違い、磁気回路の違いこれはどうしようもないが、無視する。
網は取ればいいが、そのままでいいし、ディフーザーは６９０を移植してもいいいし、振動版は、高域だけを使う分には、大差ない。
よって、L255　2000円をばらし、ツイーターの四隅の加工に進んだ。

ここからが、フルアクセルです！２年のブランクを吹っ飛ばす感じで一気に。。。。でも一日では不可能。

ウーハーの修理　２週間
の工程でした。
出来上がりが

逸る思いで音を聞いてきたい！
この思いから、ソースはPC（いまいちですね）しかし、はやる心を抑えきれない。
解りますか。。。。この思い！　Loveなのです。
これを失えば、人はおしまいですね！恋す者（物）があれは、それは、行動の原動力になり、変わることができる。

５９０を手放したこともありましが、ヤマハにこだわりがあります。



ヤマハ楽器メーカー（？でもありますが）、それも白木のYamahaがほしかった（これが本音）
実際のスピーカーを外したエンクロージャーを見るとそのこだわりが感じます。
その感動は、トリオのLS-202　５０５　８００、２００で感じた、ことに匹敵する。
自分は、YamahaのNS-1000はいらない、ヤマハは、６９０でいい。それの初期の６９０である必要がある。次の　Ⅱ、Ⅲでない。オリジナルが
５９０と違い高音が耳に優しい。
このレストアの詳細は後日。

これは珍しいですね！
味噌とヨーグルトとは、。。。。。
考えてみると合ううのかもしれませんね！
今度、うちラーメンで試してみようかと思います。味噌には乳製品は会うと思いますから

さて
これが、味噌野菜ラーメンです、すごく濃厚な色ですが、見た目よりあっさりです。
多分、ヨーグルトが効いている、その酸味が、味噌のコクを高めています。

一味丸惣食堂の味噌にも似ているかもしれません。。。。。いや違うかも！？

味噌は、味噌で多くの風味が決まってしまいなかなか店の味を出すのが難しいと思います。

それでも西会津の大山食堂　越後屋は、甘めの味噌ラーメンで個性を出しております。
多分砂糖を使っていますね
残念なのは、せっかくのスープの味が、味噌の風味で消されてしまいます。
やっぱり塩がうまいですね！

ねぎ玉七味ラーメンをと考えてます。

期待して三の倉に出かけましたが。。。。。今年はコスモスありません！何やら違いもののの植え付け（種まき）しておりました。
少し残念な気持ちもありました。景観はナイスです。

大一 タンメン tanmen Ramen

この前は塩を食べましたが、次は、タンメンを食べてみたい！
たまたま、娘が帰ってきましたので、ラーメンを食べに行ってきました。
娘は、塩　自分は、タンメンです。
基本、タンメンは、塩　＋　野菜出るので、それがどうのようになるのか？

見た目は普通ですが、これがこれが
スープをすすると、例の塩に、野菜　特に白菜かな！その甘みが加わり、えも言われない塩梅になっているではないか！

素晴らしいの一言です。これだけ野菜のうまみを出しているラーメンは、今まで食べたことがない！

これを食しなくて、タンメンを語るなかれ！
自分なりに至高のタンメンと冠したい。


娘もこの塩には、感激したようです。
すごくあっさりなので、この満足感。。。。これが至福のいっぱいですね！
