Kimuraya Sayuri system of ramen きむらや さゆり系のラーメン

ここきむらやは、旧さゆりで修行してきた人が始めたと聞いてます。

ハーローワークへの用があったので、昼に一人ラーメンを

煮干も　新さゆりより、弱めです。

カウンターなので、仕事が良く見えます。どんぶりは、暖めて使う。

ねぎは見てのとおり、細く・・・
さらに多分塩をふって、汁を絞っていました、なかなかいい仕事してます。

昔のさゆりの味を味わうには、ここの選択もありです。
チャーシューはバラ系のとろとろ系！これでなくては、
何時だったか、浜のほうでラーメンを食べたとき、そのチャーシューは、バラ・ロースを選べましたが、同時盛りもありました！

いわきは、基本的に、醤油は、白河ラーメン系です。会津の人は苦手・・・・という人が多いとか！？
